what I offer
intentional movement + mindful pauses, created to meet you where you are.
-
A private, personalized session designed around what you need that day.
Space to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with a few minutes of touching base to notice how you’re arriving: physically, mentally, emotionally. From there, I’ll intuitively guide our time together based on what feels most supportive for you.
Your session may include movement, meditation, red light therapy, sauna, cold plunge, journaling, or simply more space to slow down.
Each session looks a little different, because each day feels a little different.
Leave feeling more grounded, more relaxed, and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
A chance to quiet some of the noise and just allow yourself to exhale.

Private, guided yoga created around you and how you want to feel.
Some days you may need to move and release some energy. Other days may call for slowing down, stretching, deeper breaths and a little more space to simply be.
Sessions can happen in the comfort of your own space or virtually from wherever you are. Either way, I’ll guide you through movement, stretching and breath that meets you exactly where you are that day.
No expectations. No keeping up. Just time to move and breathe.
Leave feeling more grounded and connected to your body.

A mindful pause built right into the workday.
We spend so much of our days on. Thinking, responding, producing, solving and moving from one thing to the next.
These sessions give your team space to step away from the screen, move their bodies, stretch, breathe and simply slow down for a bit.
No yoga experience needed. No changing clothes. No need to be flexible. Just guided movement and mindfulness that feels approachable for everyone.
Return to the rest of the day feeling less tense, more clear and a little more connected to yourself and the people around you.
Sometimes a pause is exactly what we need to keep moving forward.
